Botox in Holladay, UT

Natural-looking results, one-on-one with a licensed nurse practitioner.

Medical Spa and Wellness by Michelle NP offers neurotoxin treatments in Holladay, Utah. (“Botox” has become the everyday word for these treatments — Michelle primarily uses Jeuveau®, with Dysport® and Xeomin® also available.) Every treatment is performed personally by Michelle Schlentz, MSN, APRN, FNP-C — a nurse practitioner practicing since 2008. No estheticians, no handoffs, never rushed.

What neurotoxin treats: forehead lines, frown lines between the brows, crow’s feet, and other areas where repeated muscle movement etches lines into the skin. It can also soften a gummy smile (an off-label use) and — with a lip flip technique — subtly enhance the upper lip without filler.

What a first visit looks like: every new patient starts with a one-on-one consultation. Michelle reviews your goals, medical history, and facial movement, then recommends a treatment plan — including whether a neurotoxin is right for you and which product fits best. Treatment can often happen the same day.

How long results last: most patients enjoy results for 3 to 4 months. With regular treatments, many find results last longer over time.

New clients: your lip flip is complimentary with your first neurotoxin treatment at the same visit. Consultation comes first; the main treatment is regular price.

Frequently Asked Questions About Stem Cell Therapy

How much does Botox cost?

Pricing depends on the areas treated and the amount of product used. You’ll receive exact pricing at your consultation before any treatment — never any pressure. Call or text 801-792-0424 to request an appointment.

How long does Botox last?

Most patients see results for 3 to 4 months. With consistent treatments, many patients find their results last longer over time.

What's the difference between Botox, Dysport, Xeomin, and Jeuveau?

Botox is the brand name most people know, but it’s one of several botulinum toxin type A products that relax targeted muscles to soften lines. At our practice, Michelle primarily uses Jeuveau, and also offers Dysport and Xeomin. They differ slightly in formulation and how they spread once injected — at your consultation, Michelle selects the one that best fits your anatomy and goals. You don’t need to choose in advance.

What is a lip flip, and how is it different from lip filler?

A lip flip uses a small amount of neurotoxin to relax the muscle above the upper lip, letting the lip roll gently outward for a fuller look — no filler involved, subtle and temporary (a few months). Lip filler adds actual volume with hyaluronic acid gel and lasts longer, typically 6 to 12 months. At your consultation, Michelle will recommend whichever fits the result you want.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes. Every new patient starts with a one-on-one consultation so Michelle can review your goals and medical history and confirm the right treatment. Call or text 801-792-0424 to request an appointment.
